Practical Examples

The following are real case examples to illustrate how Synkronizer is used in everyday life:

Project manager
You plan your project with the help of an Excel spreadsheet. With Synkronizer you can constantly monitor the development of the project as you are immediately informed about all changes.
Database developer
You create a database and wish to perform a plan/actual comparison. With conventional database programs (e.g. MS Access) such comparison can not be done as no comparison tool is available or as zero-fields cannot be compared. With Synkronizer this is not a problem! Export simply the desired spreadsheets to MS Excel and adjust the spreadsheets with Synkronizer.
Updating your customer database
You maintain your customer database in Excel. Imagine that you acquire additional customer data from a marketing office and wish to enter this data into your existing customer database. Synkronizer combines the two databases within seconds and establishes an updated file which lists all existing and new customers data.
Amendments of sales prices
Assume that you need to amend the sales prices of your products. For controlling purposes you wish to have a detailed list which displays all amendments. Synkronizer immediately lists all amendments in a new Excel spreadsheet.

Database administrator
You update a database in Excel. After updating you wish to see all changes made between the previous and updated version. Such analysis, which is normally extremely time-consuming, is performed by Synkronizer within seconds.

Lecturer
You are a lecturer and you keep an Excel list with all course participants. During the registration period this list is constantly amended. With Synkronizer all such modifications are displayed immediately.
